- A clear description of the protected work, identity, trademark or other right you believe is affected.
- The exact Burma AI Studio page, portfolio item, URL or other location of the content you are reporting.

- A good-faith statement that the information in your notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
2. Where to send a complaint
Send the notice to okaung717@gmail.com with the subject “Rights Complaint — Burma AI Studio.” Do not send passwords, payment-card information or unrelated sensitive documents.
3. Review and interim action
Burma AI Studio may request additional information and may temporarily hide or restrict public content while reviewing a credible complaint. We may notify the client or person who supplied the content so they can provide relevant authorization or context, except where doing so would create an unreasonable safety or legal risk.
4. Response by the content provider
A client who believes content was restricted by mistake may provide evidence of ownership, consent, license, fair-use or other lawful authority. Burma AI Studio may restore, modify or keep content restricted after reviewing the available information and applicable obligations.
5. Abuse of the complaint process
Knowingly false or abusive rights complaints may themselves violate these Terms. This reporting process is not a substitute for legal advice or a court process and does not limit rights that a party may have under applicable law.
