You are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, brand information, scripts, references, preferred style, target audience, deadlines, and any restrictions we should follow. Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect the delivery timeline.

AI-generated content can vary between attempts and may contain visual, motion, text, voice, or factual imperfections. We use creative direction and review to improve quality, but exact replication of a reference, real person, location, product, or performance cannot always be guaranteed.

Project pricing depends on scope, duration, style, number of scenes, revisions, delivery speed, and production complexity. A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins. Final files may be delivered after payment is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Drafts, unused concepts, internal prompts, project files, and workflow materials remain Burma AI Studio's working materials unless separately agreed.
